TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To Secure Your Booking, We Require a 20% Deposit.

This deposit is Fully Refundable, up until 48 Hours before your booking time.

Thank you for choosing MR. RICH DETAILING for your Detailing needs.

 

To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please carefully review our booking policy outlined below:

​

1. Booking Confirmation:
1.1  All services must be booked in advance through our designated booking channels.
1.2  A booking confirmation will be provided upon successful reservation.

1.3 Once the client pays the 20% deposit, the client agrees to all cancellation and refund policies and fees.

 

2. Deposit Requirement:

2.1 A 20% deposit is required for each service booking.
2.2 Deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, unless the booking is scheduled for an urgent dispatch, being within 48 hours from the scheduled booking time.

2.3 The deposit amount will be deducted from the total service cost.

3. Payment Methods:
3.1 We accept Cash, Card, EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, for deposit payments.
3.2 Please ensure that your preferred payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

3.3 In the event that the client has insufficient funds upon payment of the service provided, the client will have 7 days after the date of the service to make the payment of the total service cost.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

4.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.

4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

4.3 If the total job cost was originally less than $500, and the client cancels their booking within 48 hours of their scheduled service, the client is required to pay an additional 20% on top of their original 20% deposit.

4.4 No-shows will be charged the full service amount, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling:
5.1 Clients may reschedule a service without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the original booking.
5.2 Rescheduling within 48 hours of the original booking may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

 

6. Late Arrival:

6.1  Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled services.

6.2 Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration, and the full service amount will still be charged.

6.3 In the event the client is late by 30 minutes or more, the client will be charged an additional $75 per hour.

 

7. Service Modifications:

7.1 Any modifications to the booked service must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

8. Exceptional Circumstances:             

8.1 In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing the client from adhering to the booking policy, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Confirmation of Services:
9.1 It is the client's responsibility to confirm the appointment or make any necessary adjustments.

 

10. Policy Acceptance:

10.1 By booking a service with MR. RICH DETAILING, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this booking policy.
